Al Gordon

CHAIRMAN AND CEO, Interpoint Group

While serving as an aide to former New York State Governor Mario Cuomo, Mr. Gordon was able to learn virtually everything about state and local government. For more than seven years in that capacity, he oversaw such areas as legislative and intergovernmental relations, which includes serving as the liaison to local governments. During these years, Mr. Gordon was at the intersection between the public and private sector and he learned first-hand the keys to policy and procurement successes for businesses.

His extensive experience in New York State government and politics also included serving as the Chairman of the New York State Democratic Committee and running several statewide political campaigns. He also founded, and serves as Chairman of National Strategies, LLC (nationalstrategies.com), now a division of Interpoint Group.

In addition, Mr. Gordon serves as an operating advisor at Pegasus Capital Advisors, L.P. (www.pcalp.com), Interpoint Group’s private equity fund manager with main offices in New York City and Cos Cob, CT. Founded in 1995, Pegasus currently manages close to $2.0 billion in assets through several private equity funds and has made more than 80 investments since its inception.


Paul Johnson

VICE CHAIR, Interpoint Group

Paul Johnson, CEO of k-global, is one of the industry’s most accomplished practitioners and business managers. During his 27 years of public affairs and public relations experience, he has worked closely with senior executives at numerous Fortune 500 companies, providing strategic counsel to such distinguished clients as Sony Corporation of America, AT&T, America Online, AARP, DuPont, Sandoz Corporation, Ralston Purina, the U.S. Mint and the White House Office of Drug Control Policy, as well as the governments of Turkey, Egypt and Brazil.

Before being named CEO of k-global, Mr. Johnson was vice-chairman of worldwide growth for Fleishman-Hillard, Inc., co-chair of the agency’s senior management committee and president of its public affairs practice. During his tenure, he founded the company’s Washington lobbying group, which quickly became one of the largest non-law firm lobbying organizations in the nation’s capital, fostered a period of remarkable growth and profitability when he assumed leadership of its entire Washington, D.C. office, and oversaw the successful acquisition and integration of numerous communications, lobbying, advertising and political consulting firms in Washington, throughout the Eastern seaboard and globally. The businesses he managed played a major role in generating the growth that made Fleishman one of the world’s largest communications companies.


Timothy Onoff

VICE CHAIR, Interpoint Group

Timothy Onoff’s strong track record of growing successful ventures that bridge business and government is invaluable at a time when government and corporate America are working closer together than ever before. At Interpoint Group, Mr. Onoff works directly with clients to develop strategy with key tools to achieve their goals. He is also deeply involved in project development, integrating efforts across all segments of Interpoint Group’s operations. Mr. Onoff is also directly involved in helping spearhead the growth initiatives at Interpoint Group.

Prior to his current role as President of NSI, Mr. Onoff founded and led a consulting firm that specialized in helping corporations with state and local marketing efforts. Specifically, his work has involved comprehensive legislative, intergovernmental, grassroots communications and issue-advocacy campaigns. He also has developed strategic government marketing campaigns and assisted companies in the leadership and execution of winning government sales programs.

At National Strategies, LLC (www.nationalstrategies.com), a division of Interpoint Group, he continues to lead companies in an effort to succeed in federal, state and local government markets. Prior to these pursuits, Mr. Onoff served as an aide to former New York Governor Mario Cuomo (D-NY) and a public affairs and policy liaison for the Cuomo Administration and New York Secretary of State, experience he continues to draw on in his current role as CEO of NSI Government Relations.

Mr. Onoff has extensive experience in developing and growing successful government affairs, procurement and advocacy campaigns, having served as an advisor to gubernatorial, state legislative and local government campaigns. Mr. Onoff also served as Deputy Upstate New York Coordinator for the 1992 Clinton Gore Presidential Campaign. Mr. Onoff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from St. John Fisher College.


Andrew Golub

VICE CHAIR, Interpoint Group

Andrew (Drew) Golub serves as Chief Financial Officer for NSI and its parent company, Interpoint Group. Overseeing the finances of NSI and Kratos Global, Drew sits on the executive committee of each. He is responsible for managing the firms’ financial operations which include directing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and strategic development. Drew will also be overseeing NSI’s information technology and human resources functions.

Drew brings nearly two decades of financial management experience that spans across a corporate and professional service landscape, including Fortune 10, telecommunication and professional service companies. Prior to joining NSI, Drew served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Regional Director at Edelman Public Relations. In addition to his role on corporate US initiatives, Drew was financially responsible for the company’s third largest office, Washington, DC, as well as for Edelman’s wholly-owned international market research company, StrategyOne. During his tenure with Edelman, Drew developed management reporting and financial controls for operations that nearly tripled its revenue and headcount. As Edelman’s corporate GSA Contract administrator and an executive committee member advising on all financial matters, Drew led acquisition efforts, conducted lease and contract negotiations, and executed management reporting.

Drew earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from The American University’s Kogod College of Business and an MBA in finance and investments from The George Washington University. He has guest lectured at local university MBA programs on professional service and communications finance.
